I built 3 web applications while driving home today.
No developer. No coding bootcamp. No computer science degree.
I described what I wanted to my AI agent over voice messages. By the time I parked, all three were live on the internet.
Two years ago, I couldn't write a single line of code.
Let me explain why this matters — and why programming is now the most leveraged language you can learn, even if you've never touched a terminal.
I'm a real estate developer in Mongolia. I manage 36 rental units.
My weekly grind used to look like this:
4+ hours a week. Every week. Just to manage rent collection.
I'm the kind of person who doesn't like doing things he doesn't like.
So I started looking for a better way.
Every "solution" I found had the same problems:
SaaS tools did 30% of what I needed and charged monthly for it. None of them worked for Mongolia-specific workflows like sending SMS through local carriers.
Hiring a developer meant $5,000+ for something custom. And every change meant another invoice.
YouTube tutorials assumed you had a computer science degree.
Most people stop here. They accept the grind. They subscribe to another $29/month tool. They hire another VA.
I didn't stop.
Here's the path I actually took:
First: n8n (automation). I got hooked instantly. I built a workflow that pulled my tenant data from a spreadsheet and showed me who was due. But I couldn't make it send SMS to tenants in Mongolia. And building each workflow one by one was painfully slow.
Then: Vibe-coding. I bought a $250 web development course and started building actual applications. Not studying theory — building. I built an interface for my rental business. Then freelance web apps for other companies. Then internal ERP systems. I realized that custom software tuned to YOUR specific workflow beats any off-the-shelf SaaS.
Then: Claude Code. This is where everything changed. I started describing what I wanted in plain English, and the AI wrote the code. Whatever work I was repeating, I built an agent or a tool for it. No more staring at documentation for hours. Just describe the problem, get a working solution.
Then: OpenClaw. The moment I trained an AI agent to pull my rental report from Google Sheets, check my bank statement, and text unpaid tenants automatically — I knew the game had changed forever.
That 4+ hour weekly grind? My agent handles it while I finish breakfast.
Here's what nobody is telling you:
You can write code in English now.
Naval Ravikant said it: "AI won't replace programmers, but rather make it easier for programmers to replace everyone else"
But here's the part he left out — you don't need to BE a programmer. You need to be able to describe what you want clearly. The AI writes the code.
I went from "what's an API?" to building full web applications, custom ERP systems, and autonomous AI agents — without a single computer science class.
Programming isn't the most leveraged language because of what it IS.
It's the most leveraged language because of what it DOES — it turns your ideas into systems that work for you 24/7.
And today, to prove this point, I built 3 tools. While driving.
Before you can improve, you need to know where you stand.
I built this assessment based on my 5 Levels of AI framework. Most people think they're using AI well because they ask ChatGPT a question once a day.
They're at Level 1.
5 questions. 60 seconds. Find out where you actually are.
If you scored Level 1 or 2 — don't feel bad. 99.96% of the world is right there with you. The fact that you're reading this means you're already ahead. But don't forget, the world is moving fast.
Most people don't realize how much time they burn on tasks a machine should handle.
"It only takes 30 minutes" — yeah, 30 minutes a day is 130 hours a year. That's over 3 weeks of your life. Every year. On something you hate doing.
This calculator shows you the real number.
When you see the number, you can't unsee it.
This is the one that changes everything.
Describe your repetitive business process — the thing you do every week that drains your energy. The tool will analyze your workflow and generate a visual blueprint showing exactly how an AI agent would handle it.
Step by step. Tool by tool. With estimated time savings.
I built this tool because it's the exact process I go through with my consulting clients. You describe the problem, I show you the automated version. Except now, the tool does it for you in 30 seconds.
Neither was I.
I studied Construction Management. I was a real estate developer who used Google Sheets and phone calls to run his business.
Two years ago, I moved to Canada and couldn't find a job. I had no income except rental real estate. I couldn't even manage my properties properly from a different country.
That desperation forced me to figure out the internet. I bought courses. I failed at an automation agency. I failed at a hydroponic farm. I made a few thousand dollars here and there but couldn't crack the code.
Then I found vibe-coding. Then AI agents. Then autonomous systems.
Now I'm in the top 0.04% of AI users globally. Not because I'm smart — because I was desperate enough to keep trying and curious enough to keep learning.
The gap between "I can't code" and "I built 3 apps today" has never been smaller.
You don't need talent. You need a problem worth solving and the curiosity to try.
Everything I build points toward three things:
Programming — specifically, the ability to describe what you want and have AI build it — is the fastest path to all three.
When you can build your own tools, you don't need to:
You just... build it.
No matter what level you scored:
I'm building an AI community where we level up together — courses, agents, real implementation. Whether you're at Level 1 or Level 5, there's a seat for you. Join the waitlist in the quiz above.
If the Blueprint Generator showed you something you want built:
That's literally what my agency does. We build custom AI agents for businesses. Book a free strategy call and I'll walk you through exactly how to automate your workflow.
Two years ago, I was manually texting 36 tenants every month and copying bank statements into Google Sheets by hand.
Today, I built 3 web applications while driving through snowy Mongolian roads. My AI agent coded them. I just described what I wanted.
Programming is no longer about semicolons and syntax errors.
It's about describing what you want clearly enough for a machine to build it.
That's the most leveraged language on Earth right now.
And you can start speaking it today.
