Entrepreneur. Builder. Always learning.

I’m Anand.
Most people
call me AJ.

I’m an entrepreneur from Mongolia. My main work is in real estate development and property management, alongside our family’s non-bank financial business. I also build with AI and help other people learn to use it.

My background is in construction management. I’ve worked on buildings, co-founded a hydroponics company, and now spend a lot of my time building software and AI agents.

I like making things I can point to and say: I helped build that.

Freedom.
Something of my own.

Why I build

My father was an entrepreneur. Growing up, I watched him work hard to give our family a good life. He inspired me to build businesses of my own. I also saw how much time and responsibility came with it.

I wanted to find a way to build something meaningful while having time for the people I love.

That became more important when my wife pursued her MBA in Canada. Managing a property business in Mongolia from halfway around the world made one thing clear: owning a business doesn’t automatically give you the freedom to work from anywhere.

I started thinking about businesses I could run remotely, where my contribution depended on what I created.

02 / The beginningOne month.
One simple report.

Honestly, AI started
with laziness.

I wanted a daily report showing which tenants hadn’t paid rent.

I didn’t want to open Google Sheets, check every due date, compare bank statements, and move information around by hand. I wanted to spend that time thinking, solving problems, and deciding what to do next.

I spent about a month working on that first automation after work. One simple report.

When it finally worked, I was hooked.
I still remember that feeling.

Since then, building with AI has become something I do because I enjoy it. I get absorbed in a problem, keep trying things, and suddenly hours have passed. A lot of the time, it feels like play.

03 / The directionMore people.
More possibilities.

The future I’m
building toward

I believe AI will make one-person businesses much more common. As more knowledge work becomes automated, individuals will be able to do things that previously required a team.

Physical work will still need people. Buildings still need to be built. But the way we plan, coordinate, and operate businesses can change enormously.

I want to contribute in two ways: bring AI into an industry I know, and help more people learn to build with it.

I also want my own consulting, education, and community work to demonstrate what one person can do with AI.

The work / Real estate

Starting with
what I know.

My ambition is to rethink the whole development cycle, from architectural drawings to construction and property management.

01 / Property managementIn use · still improving

Make the everyday work lighter.

Much of my own routine work is already automated. I’m continuing to improve it around the way I actually operate.

02 / ArchitectureBuilding now

From an idea to a drawing.

I’m building tools to help with architectural drawings and exploring how to reduce the work involved in preparing construction and permit documents.

03 / Construction managementPlanned

Bring it onto the site.

This is the next stage. I plan to develop an AI agent system alongside my next construction project, shaped by what happens on site.

These projects are at different stages. They share the same motivation: I know how much time these processes take, and I want to build better ways to do them.

04 / Pass it onFrom Mongolia.
For what comes next.

Helping more
people build

I’m especially interested in helping Mongolians take advantage of this shift. We’re a small country with people capable of building things that matter far beyond our borders.

Through a free AI fundamentals course, consulting, a community, and an available cohort program, I want to help people understand the tools and start creating something of their own.

I want people to reach what I can do today, then go beyond it.

I believe education leads to innovation. When more people can turn their knowledge into something useful, more possibilities open up.

05 / My approachLearn.
Make.
Keep going.

A few things I believe

You can learn your way into unfamiliar work.

My background isn’t in software engineering. I’m learning by building, asking questions, testing, and improving.

Show what you can do.

I put a lot of weight on things people have actually made. This website is part of that for me. Sometimes I express myself better through something you can see and use.

Creating is worth doing.

I enjoy the process itself: a building taking shape, an automation finally working, an idea becoming something real.

Opportunities start
with paying attention.

During COVID, concerns about imported produce led me to co-found thin greens, exploring indoor hydroponic growing in Mongolia’s harsh climate.

That venture is currently on hold, but the instinct to notice a problem and try building a solution stays with me.

Outside the work

I’m a husband, a father, and a very family-oriented person. The life I’m building is tied to the people I love.

I like exploring, learning, and sports that keep me engaged: hiking, swimming, boxing, Muay Thai, and kettlebell training. A repetitive gym routine gets boring pretty quickly.

Working on something
interesting? Let’s talk.

I’d like to meet founders, business owners, collaborators, and investors who care about building useful things.

Maybe you know an industry deeply and see something that should work better. Maybe you’re exploring what AI could make possible. Or maybe we’d just have a good conversation over coffee.
