A one-person business / In practice

One person,
a folder,
and a community.

I run my education and community work as a one-person business. Lessons, Discord, the website—I manage them through a project folder and a conversation with a coding agent.

The ideas, course material, and decisions come from me. Codex or Claude Code helps me put them into practice.

My direction goes through a conversation into a folder of lessons, plans, and instructions, connected to Discord and the website.

The folder holds
the context.

Inside are lesson materials, plans, draft posts, and instructions for how I want things done. There are also tools for working with Discord and links to my website project.

The agent can read those files and work on them. Our decisions get saved, so the next session has something to continue from.

Preparing and
posting a lesson.

I bring what I want to teach. The agent helps organize it into an outline, exercises, and files members can use. I review and refine the material.

When it’s ready, I ask the agent to post it to Discord through the connected tools. After the call, we can add the recording to the same lesson post.

Our rent-collection lesson is one example: members have the exercise kit and recording together in Discord.

03 / The websiteAsk → see → refine

Changing the website.

I explain what I want visitors to understand. The agent changes the page. I look at it, give feedback, and we refine it before publishing.

I manage the community website the same way—updating the content, changing the layout, and checking the result through conversation.

I like expressing an idea through something people can see and use. Working through chat lets me shape the wording, layout, and experience in one place.

04 / Why it mattersTime well spent

More time for
what I enjoy.

This setup helps me run the business efficiently and keep routine work to a minimum. That leaves more time for teaching, creating, and my family.

I love building things and helping people learn to build their own. My community is also a working example of what I want to share: how much one person can do with AI.
