I’m Anand, co-founder of Otchigin Estate in Mongolia. I learned to build with AI because I wanted help with the work in my own businesses.
The property prototype started with me explaining how I manage an apartment building. Long sentences, missing details, corrections and all.
Having something to click made the next conversation easier. I could point at it and say, “change this.” That’s the kind of learning I want us to do here.

Prices in USD, before VAT. Secure checkout through Polar; select your plan there. AI subscriptions are separate. You receive a receipt for each payment.
A few useful details.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can start with work you understand and an idea you can describe. The course library introduces the tools; the calls help you work through questions as you build.
What happens on the live calls?
Three group calls a week on Discord: build walkthroughs, questions, and feedback on your work. Check the community schedule for current times. Calls are recorded, so you don’t need to attend every one.
What language is it in?
The live calls are in Mongolian. Course materials are in English and Mongolian.
What happens after I join?
Polar emails you a Discord invite. Accept it, introduce yourself, open the course library, and bring an idea or a question to a call.
Are AI subscriptions included?
No. Plan for a separate paid AI subscription. The membership covers the course library and community, not third-party tools or usage fees.
Can I cancel?
Yes, through your Polar customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. You receive a receipt for each payment.
Will you build my project for me?
You build your project, with guidance and feedback. Company implementation and one-to-one consulting are separate services.
